Shipping costs and delivery

The shipping costs are € 5,40 for Austria and € 9,- up to 2 kg for the EU.
Delivery time 3-5 work days after receipt of the order.

Exception: Delivery time for items of the "gold collection" is approx. 8 weeks

If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already received.
In case of doubtful delivery address information as well as unstable residence (e.g. hotel), we reserve the right to deliver to the billing address.

Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Different delivery address

Of course you can have your orders sent to different addresses.

To do so, simply enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address in the order process. For example, you can have gifts sent to your loved ones while you receive the invoice yourself.
